1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OneStop Hub Business and Development Program platform ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. OneStop Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Platform Purpose

OneStop Hub is a South African Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) providing online skills development training. The Platform is designed to provide accessible, self-paced training to South Africans seeking practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship. All training content is provided for educational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, providing accurate registration information, using the Platform only for lawful purposes, not reproducing or distributing training content without written permission, and treating all fellow learners with respect and dignity.

4. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, templates, quizzes, and resources on the Platform are the intellectual property of OneStop Hub Business and Development Program. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent from OneStop Hub.

5. Certificates of Completion

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all modules and assessments within a program. These certificates are issued by OneStop Hub and are not automatically accredited by SETA or other bodies unless specifically stated. OneStop Hub is pursuing SETA accreditation for select programs.

6. Donations and Payments

All donations made through the Platform are processed by PayFast (for ZAR transactions) or Stripe (for international transactions). OneStop Hub is committed to using 100% of donated funds for program delivery and learner support. Donations are non-refundable unless processed in error. Section 18A tax certificates will be issued once OneStop Hub obtains the relevant PBO status.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneStop Hub provides the Platform on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all training content, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information. OneStop Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
